Starting in May, Qatar Airways will operate flights between Doha and the Hungarian capital every day of the week with Boeing 787-8S (Dreamliner), Airportal.hu reports.

The Dreamliners are much quieter than previous generation aircraft, and the lower cabin pressure and higher humidity on board, which is in line with the lower altitude, means that long-haul flights are less stressful. According to the information available on the booking systems,

the Qatari airline will operate its new generation of wide-body aircraft on this route until the end of the summer schedule on October 26.

Fact

Doha is the capital city of Qatar, a small country located in the Middle East on the northeastern coast of the Arabian Peninsula. The city is known for its modern architecture, high-rise buildings, and luxurious shopping malls. The capital has experienced rapid growth and development in recent years, largely due to Qatar’s vast reserves of oil and natural gas, which have made the country one of the wealthiest in the world.

On Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, the flight will take off from Doha at 2:25 a.m. local time and arrive in Budapest at 7:05 a.m., before returning at 10:20 a.m. and landing in the Qatari capital at 4:40 p.m. On Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays, and Sundays, the flight departs Doha at 9:10 a.m. local time and arrives in Budapest at 1:50 p.m., returning at 4:05 p.m and landing in Doha at 10:25 p.m.
