The Tripadvisor Travelers’ Choice Awards Best of the Best Destinations 2024 rankings have been published, with the Hungarian capital featured in two of the top lists, reports Turizmus.com.
The Tripadvisor Travelers’ Choice Awards Best of the Best Destinations 2024 rankings of the world’s most recommended destinations for travel have been published. Destinations whose hotels, restaurants, attractions, and activities have received outstanding ratings from the Tripadvisor community for 12 months between October 2022, and September 2023, have been included in the top 10.

The category has several sub-categories: Emerging Destinations (worldwide and in the U.S.); Best Destinations (worldwide, by continent and major region); Natural Destinations (worldwide); Gastronomic Destinations (worldwide, in the U.S., and Europe); Cultural Destinations (worldwide); Honeymoon Destinations (worldwide); and Sustainable Destinations (worldwide).
Budapest made the lists in two sub-categories, ranking 19th in the world for honeymoon destinations and 16th in Europe for best honeymoon destinations.
Budapest is recommended for its stunning range of spas, history, culture, and natural beauty.
