On Wednesday night, RB Leipzig drew against Paris Saint-Germain in the Champions League, so the team of Péter Gulácsi, Willi Orban, and Dominik Szoboszlai will certainly not advance to the top 16. Szoboszlai scored Leipzig’s equalizing goal in extra time. Before the penalty, Neymar played mindgames as an attempt to distract the Hungarian’s attention.

According to goal.com, the Brazilian superstar asked Szoboszlai if he would take the penalty, to which he answered yes. To this, the most expensive footballer in the world asked if he was sure about it, to which the 2020 Sportsman of the Year said:
I never make mistakes.”
Szoboszlai was right: he did not make a mistake this time either, even though he was facing Gianluigi Donnarumma, who is arguably the world’s best goalkeeper when it comes to saving penalties. (The Italian shot-stopper had already saved another Leipzig penalty in the first half).
According to Leipzig coach, Jesse Marsch, before every match he chooses two players to be responsible for taking the penalties. This time Andre Silva and Emil Forsberg were selected, leaving the decision to the latter. Since neither was on the field in the 90th minute, it was Szoboszlai’s turn.
