Hungary Today 2023.11.29.

If further proof was needed that migration is facilitated by dangerous foreign criminal groups and individuals, Hungarian police have made another disturbing discovery after stopping a suspicious van in Central Hungary, reported police.hu.

On November 16, 2023, near Sármellék in Eastern Hungary, officers have proceeded to check a suspicious van. The driver saw the officers and drove off, then turned onto a dirt road, where he stopped and ran off. The uniformed officers found ten illegal migrants in the vehicle, who identified themselves as Turkish nationals. After questioning, they were subjected to the relevant immigration proceedings.

The 27-year-old Turkish smuggler and his accomplice were arrested a few days later near Székesfehérvár. The two men were prosecuted for human trafficking at the Zala County Police Headquarters. The court ordered their arrest.

The 23-year-old suspect was found to have been arrested by the Turkish authorities in the past for possession of firearms, manslaughter and participation in an armed terrorist organization.
