Prime Minister Viktor Orbán received the board members of the Indian tire manufacturer giant Apollo Tyres at a working dinner in his office, the Carmelite Monastery, according to his website.
The prime minister and the company’s management agreed that in the six years that have passed since the commencement of Apollo Tyres’ operations in Hungary, relations between the company and the Hungarian government have been based on exceptionally close cooperation.
Apollo Hungary is an Indian-Hungarian success story that has an especially powerful message in 2023, as this year we are celebrating the 75th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between India and Hungary,
the parties agreed at the meeting, which was attended by several members of the government, including Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade Péter Szijjártó, Finance Minister Mihály Varga, Minister for Construction and Investment János Lázár, Minister for Culture and Innovation János Csák, Political Director Balázs Orbán, along with the cabinet’s several government commissioners and state secretaries.
