For the eighth time, Hungarian Chess Grand Master Judit Polgár has invited chess-lovers to join the world of Chess at the Global Chess Festival.

On October 8, participants will be offered various chess-related programs taking place in the Hungarian National Gallery in Budapest.

2022 is the Year of Women in Chess, which is also the focus of this year’s festival: Women in Chess – Women in Science.

The festival will illuminate how chess shapes our lives from new perspectives, showing the game’s social, scientific, educational, artistic and sporting connections.

The programs range from Coding, robotics – and chess over lectures and practical demonstrations of the Judit Polgár Method to tournaments and activities for children.
