Leader of Spain’s VOX party, Santiago Abascal
Santiago Abascal, leader of the Spanish VOX party, and other prominent figures from the European conservative side will also speak at this year’s third CPAC Hungary (Conservative Political Action Conference), according to the newspaper Demokrata.
CPAC Hungary is Europe’s largest international conservative gathering, bringing together some of the world’s best-known national-conservative leaders, researchers, and influencers.
The event will be also attended by Tom van Grieken, leader of the Vlaams Belang from Belgium, Geert Wilders, president of the Party for Freedom (PVV), winning the recent Dutch elections, and Marek Kuchcinski, former head of the Polish Prime Minister’s Office.
Miklós Szánthó, Director-General of the Center for Fundamental Rights, said in a video message that “last week’s CPAC in the U.S. was another big one, and the good news is that we only have to sleep fifty more days until the biggest right-wing jamboree.” He added:
We are the wokebusters! And on April 25 and 26, we are draining the liberal swamp!”
As in previous years, the main speaker of the conference will be Viktor Orbán, Prime Minister of Hungary.
