Milos Kerkez Nominated for PFA Young Player of the Year Award
The Professional Footballers’ Association (PFA) has nominated Milos Kerkez, left-back for AFC Bournemouth in the Premier League (PL), for the Young Player of the Year award.
The list of the Top Six nominees was published on Thursday: alongside the 21-year-old Hungarian international, his former teammate Dean Huijsen, who now plays for Real Madrid, Liam Delap (Ipswich Town), Myles Lewis-Skelly (Arsenal), Ethan Nwaneri (Arsenal), and Morgan Rogers (Aston Villa) have been included in the shortlist.

The winner will be announced on August 19, at the Manchester Opera House.
Hungary’s national team player Kerkez played in every PL game for Bournemouth last season, scoring two goals and providing six assists. He also made it into the Fan Team of the Season. Transfermarkt estimates his current market value at EUR 45 million.

Press reports stipulated recently that he is close to signing with Liverpool, which also employs Dominik Szoboszlai and Ármin Pécsi of Hungary.
