MCC Feszt, organized by the largest talent development institution in the Carpathian Basin, begins on Thursday in Esztergom (northern Hungary) with renowned foreign and Hungarian public figures and light music performers, said Zoltán Szalai, Director General of the Mathias Corvinus Collegium, at a press conference on Tuesday.

He added that last year, nearly 50,000 people attended the events and discussions over three days, and there is similar interest in the event this year.

Among others, former Austrian Chancellor Sebastian Kurz, British political strategist Dominic Cummings, former senior advisor to British Prime Minister Boris Johnson, who played a key role in the success of the Brexit referendum, will give presentations at the festival, the director general announced. He added that international speakers will include Peter Thiel, founder of PayPal, and Ayaan Hirsi Ali, writer and researcher at the Hoover Institute, who will talk about migration and the global issues that are having a major impact on our society in the current era.

It is important to note that visitors purchasing tickets for all three days of the festival will be eligible for discounted tickets to the Esztergom Basilica, the Castle Museum, and the Danube Museum.

Renowned Hungarian performers will also welcome visitors, including Zsolt Hernádi, Chairman and CEO of Mol Group, Péter Szijjártó, Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade, Mária Schmidt, Director General of the House of Terror Museum, and Richárd Schwab, internist and gastroenterologist.

The evening’s entertainment will be provided by leading figures from the Hungarian pop music scene, including Blahalouisiana, Ákos, 4S Street, BSW, Róbert Szikora, and R-Go.
