Dániel Gazdag and Dániel Sallói, players of the Hungarian national team, both scored goals for their respective clubs in the latest round of the North American Major League Soccer.

The Philadelphia Union were playing an away match and Dániel Gazdag scored the third goal – from a penalty in the 38th minute – in a 3-1 win against DC United. The striker played the whole match and scored his 10th goal of the season. Philadelphia are in second place in the Eastern Conference.

Our other compatriot, Dániel Sallói has scored six times in the league season so far, scoring a goal right in the third minute of Sporting Kansas City’s 3-0 home win over the San Jose Earthquakes. The Hungarian was on the pitch until the 77th minute. Kansas City are 11th in the Western Conference.

Dániel Sallói (born July 19, 1996) is a Hungarian professional footballer who plays as a striker and winger for Major League Soccer club Sporting Kansas City as well as the national team of Hungary. He first joined Sporting Kansas City in its U18 academy in 2014.
