The profits of smuggling businesses can be used to finance terrorist activities, as terrorist groups may control the routes of illegal migration.Continue reading
So far, Europe has not been allowed to talk about the fact that migration and terrorism go hand in hand, but a new secret service report proves that what only Hungarians dared to say in the past is exactly right. Migration and terrorism are closely related, Prime Minister Viktor Orbán said on Radio Kossuth’s Good Morning, Hungary program.
He continued by pointing out that the intelligence report sets out a fearful horizon and confirms that we must do what we have been doing so far, that is protecting our borders. Migration and terrorism go hand in hand. Migrants are becoming increasingly aggressive and are trying to get through the border fence with ever more brutal means, Viktor Orbán said.
The Prime Minister added:
once we let the migrants in, they cannot be removed.
He said that he did not understand why the left supported migration, and then indicated that national unity was needed on the issue of migration. “We should be thankful that we had our wits about us when we needed them,” he said. “When the whole of Europe was calling for opening our borders, we had to have our hearts and our minds in the right place”, the prime minister said. He said it was up to us not to end up in the same situation that the West is in. Our task now is not to allow Brussels to impose on us what they did wrong. For the sake of our children, we must do everything we can to prevent this from happening, so that they do not have to live in the conditions we are already seeing in many places, he said.
Any admission of illegal migrants will lead to a situation where it will not be possible to live peacefully in Hungary either”.
This is already the case in many Western countries, partly as a result of past colonialism and partly as a result of the 2015 migration wave, the Prime Minister said. The left’s attitude on this issue is incomprehensible, he added.
“We do not want to tell other nations how they should do it, but we also do not want them to tell us how we should do it. We want tolerance,” he pointed out. As Viktor Orbán explained, “they want to force us to build migrant ghettos, and we have to fight that”.
On the European Union the prime minister said that it was created for the sake of peace and prosperity, but today these goals are not being met. In his opinion,
the leadership we have today in Brussels is fulfilling the mandate of a globalist elite. He stated that people do not want war and that change must be made in Brussels.
The prime minister also said that Hungarian legislation must be constantly reviewed as migration pressure is increasing. He said that in such circumstances, a tightening up of the immigration laws is necessary.
Hungary belongs to the Hungarians, jobs belong to Hungarians, the rules must be made by Hungarians
– the Prime Minister said. A a new law on foreign citizens would be therefore submitted to parliament in the coming months.
