Minister of Justice Varga Takes in a Family from Transcarpathia

“Many of our compatriots are trying their best to help those in need: with shelter, transportation, donations, collecting medicine and food, and several of them personally at the border. Hungary is helping! We also took in a family with two children from Transcarpathia (…),” Minister of Justice Judit Varga wrote on Facebook.

She also announced that she would donate HUF half a million (EUR 1,345) to organizations helping the war’s refugees.

One of the destinations of Varga’s offering is the “Egy vérből vagyunk” (“We are of one blood”) foundation.
