One of Europe’s most unique thermal lakes, Lake Hévíz and its wildlife, is the inspiration for the new Le Primore Hotel & SPA, which will open in spring 2025. The project will give a significant boost to tourism in Hévíz (western Hungary, near Lake Balaton) and has significant economic growth potential, reports Turizmus.com.
The hotel, which will be built on a 3.39-hectare site, will feature unique architectural solutions and modern infrastructure designed to create an exclusive guest experience. Construction is currently in its second phase and is on schedule. The hotel will open its doors to guests in spring 2025.
The six-story Le Primore hotel complex will offer a premium level of well being and spa tourism services
with a grandiose spa, 285 rooms and suites in total, and on the top floor, penthouse suites, an infinity pool, and a rooftop fine dining restaurant and bar, unique in the country.
A special feature of the vast spa area is the range of private thermal pools filled with thermal water of different temperatures, as well as adventure and children’s pools. A separate section of the saunas has also been set up for ladies, ensuring the ultimate in relaxation. In addition to classic Hévíz treatments, a modern yoga and fitness center will also be available to visitors.
Other important pillars of Le Primore Hotel & SPA are its top gastronomic restaurants and bars, as well as its intergenerational programs. A modern, nature-inspired event space and VIP Lounge contribute to the hotel’s exclusive range of services.
The hotel construction project has an investment volume of nearly HUF 34 billion (EUR 86 million), of which HUF 8 billion (EUR 20 million) has been awarded under the Kisfaludy Tourism Development Program, representing 23.48% of the total project cost. The final ownership is a consortium of 100% Hungarian owners, led by János Varga, CEO.
The aim of the project is to set a new benchmark for Le Primore as Hungary’s largest premium spa hotel, both at national and international level. The hotel’s strategic concept is to provide premium services and long-term competitiveness in the luxury tourism market.
The opening of Le Primore Hotel & SPA will create over 300 new jobs and is expected to increase tourism revenues in the Hévíz region. The hotel will become a new destination for premium domestic and international guests, further enhancing the town’s tourist attractiveness. The hotel’s excellent infrastructure will also make it an ideal venue for international conferences, events and exclusive functions, creating an additional source of revenue for the local economy.
The Le Primore Hotel & SPA, opening in spring 2025, will have a positive impact on the economic indicators of the region, contributing to the competitiveness of Hévíz and its surroundings in the domestic and international tourism market.
