Hungary is donating maize, sunflower and potato seeds to farmers in Ukraine, where the war has caused shortages ahead of the planting season, Agriculture Minister István Nagy said on Monday.
Hungary is donating 20 million forints’ (EUR 54,000) worth of seed, including 10,000kg of maize, 500kg of sunflower, and 3,000kg of potato seed, Nagy said in a statement.
