The Genting Casino site has ranked the Hungaroring among the ten most beautiful race tracks in the world in the year 2023, Index spotted. The ranking took into account all Instagram posts for each of the tracks hosting the 2023 F1 World Championship Grand Prix, looking specifically for the words “beautiful,” “stunning,” and “gorgeous” in the posts. They also took into account their capacity and then examined the data to determine a final index for the race tracks.
The results show that the Circuit of the Americas, which has hosted the US Grand Prix since 2012, came out on top with a score of eight, ahead of the Silverstone circuit of the British Grand Prix (7.13) and the Austrian Red Bull Ring (6.38).
The top five was completed by the Circuit Gilles-Villeneuve in Canada (6.25) and the Yas Marina Circuit in Abu Dhabi (6.13).
In a tie for sixth place with the legendary Monza circuit, the Hungaroring has earned a 5.75 rating.
The Hungarian Grand Prix data shows a capacity of 70,000 people, with more than 160,000 posts on the largest photo-sharing platform Instagram, and a rate of 1.05 percent for the word “beautiful” and 0.35-0.35 for “stunning” and “gorgeous.”
Other top ten circuits included the Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya, Spa-Francorchamps in Belgium, and the Bahrain International Circuit.
