The opposition candidate for prime minister, Péter Márki-Zay, has tested positive for coronavirus. He has canceled all his outdoor activities, and he is working from home in quarantine.
Péter Márki-Zay announced on his Facebook page that he has coronavirus.
I am fine, I have mild cold symptoms. I have three vaccines working in my system,”
the politician wrote.
Márki-Zay wrote that he had his temperature taken on Tuesday evening at the ATV studio, and there was no problem. At dawn, he felt his throat was a bit scratchy, so he took a test, which came back positive.
He asked everyone to look after each other by keeping their distance, wear masks, and wash their hands frequently.
