Hungarian Fashion Brand on Verge of International Success

Hungary Today 2022.11.29.

Once again, a Hungarian fashion brand is attracting attention in the fashion world. AERON was founded in 2012 by Hungarian fashion designer Eszter Áron, and now the brand’s first Hungarian store Ripost has opened, a Hungarian tabloid reported. The designer could not avoid getting acquainted with the world of fashion if only because of her family background: her grandfather was a master tailor and her mother a textile merchant.

AERON is known for its clean lines and quality fabrics, and now it has not only international department store success but also a growing domestic demand. The brand has become so popular abroad that it is sold in prestigious department stores such as Harrods in London and Lafayette in Paris.

In July of this year, the brand unveiled its revamped image and its innovative ZERO capsule collection, made with whole-garment technology, which includes knitted basics from size XXS to XXL. In August, AERON presented its Spring-Summer 2023 collection at Copenhagen Fashion Week, which received international acclaim and was described by the US press as the European ‘The Row.’ The Row is a luxury fashion label established by the famous Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen.

Speaking about the Budapest store,

Áron said that it is a long-standing dream come true, as they spend most of their time in the Hungarian capital, where ideas and collections are born.

In addition to the fashion brand’s products, the store will also debut the products of the Spanish beauty brand ROWSE in Hungary, as the start of a long-term cooperation.

One of the strengths of the AERON fashion brand is its special quality knitwear, made with comfort and refined elegance in mind. The opening of the Budapest store was attended by several Hungarian celebrities, who all wore and praised the brand’s clothes.
