Fidesz MP Slams EU Funded Poster Campaign

Momentum MEPs Anna Donáth and Katalin Cseh presenting their “More Europe” campaign

With the support of the European Parliament, the liberal Momentum party, together with the Renew party family and other leftist Hungarian MEPs launched a poster campaign in Hungary where they promote “More Europe,” Fidesz MP Barna Pál Zsigmond writes on Twitter.

According to the governing party’s politician,

“it is outrageous how the globalists want to force their ideas on others”.

“While they cannot get the support from the people, they want us to accept their liberal ideologies and campaign against the elected government from foreign funding,” he adds.

The politician reminded that Csaba Molnár, MP of the left-liberal Democratic Coalition (DK) “recently said that it is his patriotic duty to ensure that the EU funds do not arrive to Hungary”.
