This year, the XII Driving European Championship for Four-in-hand took place in Hungary after 50 years. The first championship was held in Budapest as well, in 1971. The championship was organized by the International Federation for Equestrian Sports (FEI). This year, it resulted in a double-win for the Netherlands.
