The rise of other beverages in recent decades as competitors to wine cannot be neglected. Experts will also discuss the causes and effects of the surge in costs, which can no longer be offset by further price increases. On the third day, the topics of the sessions will be expanded to include the future of wine education.
The congress is open not only to professionals, but also to the general public, who will be able to gain an insight into the everyday life of one of the world’s best-known wine regions and the latest research results.
