95 patients died of Covid over the past 24 hours, while 3,361 new coronavirus infections were registered in Hungary, koronavirus.gov.hu said on Thursday.
The number of active infections has decreased to 107,420, while hospitals are treating 3,697 Covid patients, 342 of whom are on ventilators.
Since the first outbreak, the number of fatalities has risen to 39,104, while 1,237,330 infections have been registered. Fully 1,071,772 people have made a recovery.
So far 6,262,698 people have received a first jab, while 5,978,673 have been fully vaccinated. Fully 3,170,694 Hungarians have received a booster jab.
There are 16,380 people in official quarantine, while 9,152,694 tests have been officially carried out.
The government re-introduced compulsory mask-wearing in enclosed spaces from November 20.
