“A truly excellent nature photograph is always a message that can inform us about many things. It is a window into the secrets of nature, revealing the essence behind the spectacle, capturing moments that happen so fast that our eyes cannot follow them, but which, if we think about it, allow us to see the recent past or even the future,” emphasized Zsolt Kalotás, president of the jury.

Péter Fáth, President of naturArt, noted that all of the 400 or so pictures that made it to the third round deserved to be on the wall, and this high standard of quality meant that this year more than ever before, 131 entries in total, will be on the wall and in the album.
