From now on passengers of Wizz Air, Air France-KLM, Norwegian and Aegean can print their baggage labels, and for some flights they can also check-in and print their boarding passes on Budapest’s Kálvin Square.

Budapest Airport announced that ahead of many other European airports, it is now possible to check-in and print the bag tag outside the airport for the first time at one of the busiest points of the capital, close to the bus stop that services the airport.
Passengers using this service can then check-in their baggage directly at the airport drop-off counters. Boarding passes can also be printed on Kálvin Square, and for certain flights, it is also possible to check in online.
In a press release, Budapest Airport emphasizes that the company is doing everything it can to simplify and to speed up the airport’s operations in order to offer greater convenience to passengers.
With this innovation the company’s aim is to minimize queuing at the airport, thereby increasing the airport’s efficiency.
