This year, the Black Swan international special operations exercise will be held in Hungary between April 25 and May 13. Such an exercise also took place last year.
The Hungarian Defense Forces ask the public to approach the military convoys with due caution and in compliance with traffic rules, with vehicles using warning signs at the beginning and end of the convoys. This is because the exercise is expected to lead to increased military vehicle traffic throughout the country.
“The Hungarian Defense Forces, in compliance with the relevant legislation, will endeavor to disturb the peace of citizens as little as possible,” the Ministry announced, according to Magyar Hang.
Last year’s exercise was assisted by US trainers and troops, as well as trainers from Germany. The exercise in Szolnok also involved Hungarian, Austrian, Croatian, Slovakian, and Slovenian soldiers.
