The Hungarian Prime Minister’s acceptance speech downplayed the personal nature of the award, attributing it to the collective efforts of many individuals over the past century. He expressed hope that the Turkic community would become one of the most successful regions globally.
Receiving the award was part of Mr. Orbán’s broader visit to Kyrgyzstan, where his government is focused on fostering economic ties.
During this visit, Hungary reaffirmed support for Kyrgyzstan’s European integration and highlighted trade growth in agriculture and hydropower. The PM emphasized Hungary’s role in supporting Kyrgyzstan’s global standing, strengthening bilateral relations through investments and collaboration in various sectors, especially infrastructure.
