The Forbes Travel Guide (FTG) has published the results of its latest ratings, with several Budapest hotels receiving four or even five-star ratings, reports Turizmus.com.
The Four Seasons Hotel Gresham Palace Budapest has been awarded a five-star hotel rating and has been included in Condé Nast Traveller‘s 2024 “Gold List.” The review highlights the hotel’s eclectic past, the size of its guest rooms, and its fitness center. The hotel’s spa area is also included in FTG’s rating system, with a four-star rating.
The Kempinski Hotel Corvinus Budapest and The Ritz-Carlton Budapest have both been awarded four-star ratings, but it is important to note that the four-star category used in the FTG rating system is not the same as the European hotel rating system.
The Kempinski Hotel Corvinus Budapest has been included in the Star Rating list for the eighth time this year, the hotel’s management told Turizmus.com, while Anantara New York Palace Budapest Hotel, Corinthia Budapest, and InterContinental Budapest have been added to the list of recommended hotels.
“This year’s results foreshadow a surge in demand for ever more exciting travel experiences,” said Amanda Frasier, president of Forbes Travel Guide’s ratings. “These hotels are at the forefront of their respective categories and are defining the future of luxury in design, hospitality and wellness. Our 2024 winners include several special places in the Middle East and Africa, with a record number of award winners from these regions. We commend the 2024 winners and encourage them to continue to deliver fresh, new guest experiences,” she added.
