Two days into the future Saturday’s group stage draw for the European Football Championship, tickets for the tournament will be available from next Monday.
According to the Hungarian Football Federation (MLSZ), the most important information for fans is to register on the UEFA ticketing site, where they can indicate their support for Marco Rossi’s team. The deadline to apply for tickets in this round is December 12, and UEFA will draw lots to decide who will actually become ticket holders. The MLSZ stressed that those who do not participate in this phase will have little chance of getting a ticket.
According to the MLSZ’s statement, the process is fully coordinated by UEFA and national federations have no say over their own supporters. It is expected that the number of online applications will be much higher than the number of winners. No person under the age of 18 may register/buy a ticket on their own, however, a ticket for a child may be purchased with an adult registration. One person can apply for 4 tickets.

The national association has made it clear that no other site or other form of ticket purchase for the European Championship is allowed.
We strongly advise that no one should try to obtain tickets in any other way, as they could easily fall victim to fraud,”
reads the MLSZ’s communiqué.
The Hungarian national football team qualified for the European Championship as group winners and will be drawn from the second round of the draw, which will take place in Hamburg on Saturday at 18:00.
