The Richter Flórián Circus in Zamárdi, the Hungarian National Circus in Balatonlelle, and the Budapest Circus will present an extended program, star guests, and a colorful program on Saturday.
According to a statement sent to MTI, the Richter Flórián Circus will present an extended version of the performance Champions of Circus Festivals in Zamárdi on Saturday evening. Before the performance, starting at 7 p.m, there will be a program of activities for the audience, who will be able to take a look at the rehearsals, behind the scenes of the exercises, and try out the circus props.
Peter Shub, one of the world’s foremost pantomime clowns, will perform, along with jugglers, and Anita Locsmándi will try to achieve a record attempt with her dog, Suzy.
On Friday and Saturday, the Hungarian National Circus will offer an extended program and colorful events in its giant tent in Balatonlelle. Before the evening show, the audience will have the opportunity to visit the stage, and after the show, they will be able to get a behind-the-scenes look at the circus.
As they say in their program, the performances will include a stunning hand balancing performance by Alexander Jr. and the Phoenix Fire Juggling Group, as well as the return of the Richter Group’s equestrian acrobats.
On Saturday evening, the audience will be treated to a marathon performance of almost four hours at the Budapest Circus. The announcement on the circus’ website says that the show, which will be interrupted by two intermissions, will feature national and international artists from RAIN – Rain Circus and MAGIC Show, who will perform illusion, hula hoop, clown, and magic acts. Among their guest artists, Noémi Novákovics will perform a tightrope act, Richárd Herczeg a pole act, and Ádám Túri a juggling act.
Ukrainian artists will perform excerpts from their circus-dance show, which has been a great success in several venues.
Circus Night aims to promote quality circus and to show that circus is one of the most entertaining arts.
