Breathtaking Photos as Hungary Approaches End of Winter Season

Last week it was reported in Hungary that the country reached an all-time low temperature, plummeting to negative 35.5 degrees Celsius. Even though this was an extreme case and was only measured in the Bükk Plateau, negative 10 degrees was the average temperature throughout the country.

However, unfortunately or fortunately, this will have come to an end from next week onwards, when according to the National Meteorological Service, the temperature will significantly increase. As a form of commemoration of this year’s winter, we have assembled a gallery of astonishing photographs:
