Videoton Sink Debrecen As Ferencváros March On – OTP Bank League Roundup – Videos!

Tamás Székely 2015.08.31.

The latest round of the Hungarian football championship brought seasonal attendance record ( 20446 spectators in six games) as title contender Ferencváros have maintained their 7 points lead at the top of the league after a comfortable home victory over Paks in Budapest. Meanwhile Diósgyőr and Videoton broke their bad luck and claimed 3 points once again following hard-fought victories against Újpest and Debrecen respectively. This season’s surprise team Haladás have extended their good run in Békéscsaba as Vasas was beaten by MTK in this round’s Budapest derby. Puskás Academy earned a goalless draw against Budapest Honvéd away from home.
