This year, the 10th Researchers’ Night – held from the late hours of 25 September – will offer plenty exciting programs again. Óbuda University will introduce their latest inventions, including welding robots, Stringbike, graphology, air-powered vehicles and many other awe-inspiring novelties.
Held on 3 campuses of the University, all of its six faculties joined the event: the activities and presentations will take place in Budapest (the Óbuda and Ferencváros campuses) while many exciting stuff awaits you in the Székesfehérvár campus as well.
Have you ever driven a Pneumobil? Have you ever seen a miner robot ballet dancing? Have you ever controlled a 3D printed flying robot? Have you ever tried light graffitti? If your answer is no, you can try them at the Researchers’ Night.
In previous years, the university has hosted the annual Researchers’ Night with increasing popularity. So far, over 300 students, lecturers, professors and researchers have guided close to 3000 visitors in the world of science and shared the experiences of our research programmes, perhaps most notably the secrets of 3D printed robots.
Among the 120 activities there are workshops for kids, giveaways, and you also can post your photos to Instagram about your experiences to receive gifts. Come and spend a night with Science!
Events will take place at the following locations:
Székesfehérvár campus: 8000 Székesfehérvár, Budai út 45.
