Poland and Hungary are awaiting new proposals by the European Union’s German presidency concerning the bloc’s next budget, Polish government spokesman Piotr Müller said late on Monday, following 90 minutes of talks by Viktor Orbán and Mateusz Morawiecki, the prime ministers of the two countries.
