Prime Minister Viktor Orbán held talks with leaders of Shanghai’s Fudan University in Budapest on Thursday, Orbán’s press chief reported.
President Xu Ningsheng briefed the prime minister about the university’s operation and plans to set up a campus in Budapest, Bertalan Havasi told MTI.
A cooperation agreement on the planned campus was signed with Hungary’s central bank in 2017. The facility will be set up in the Castle District.
The university currently runs 11 faculties with 35 departments and 17 affiliated hospitals at four campuses.
