The oldest person ever is a supercentenarian who is, at the age of 117 years, the world’s oldest living person, and the last living person verified to have been born in the 1800s. She celebrated her birthday yesterday, in her residence at Pallanza (Italy).
Let’s wish happy birthday to Emma Morano (born 29 November 1899), who is the oldest verified Italian person ever, and one of the ten verified oldest people ever.
The “oldest Hungarian” died in on the 09th of 25 in 2014, almost two years ago. Rezső Gallai lived in Győr and he was 110-year-old.
By the way, now the oldest Hungarian lives in Canada… It’s safe to say Mr. Zoltán Sárosy is the only man in Canada who remembers where he was at the beginning of the First World War since he was born in Budapest, 1906. Mr. Sárosy celebrated his 110th birthday on the 23rd of Aug., while there are official registrar papers that could make him easily the oldest man in Canada.
