The Minister of State for European Union Relations Judit Varga showed off her football juggling skills in a video shared to her official Facebook page.

The Minister of State juggles the ball an impressive 37 times in the video. As evidenced by her show of skill, sports are certainly not unfamiliar to Varga: she used to play basketball and was the captain of the NB1 basketball team at the University of Miskolc. Later, when she lived in Brussels as a political advisor, she also took up football and played for Saint Michel.

Last year, Judit Varga spoke to Hungary Today about the Sargentini-report, the government’s position on migration and its readiness for compromise:

Varga is not the only public figure in Hungarian politics who loves sports; she shares her enthusiasm for football with Prime Minister Orbán and Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade Péter Szijjártó (who used to play futsal for a local team). The government’s flagship support of football is a long debated topic in Hungary, and many think this is due to Orbán’s excessive love of the game.
