Mercedes-Benz was named the most attractive employer in Hungary once again, according to human resource consulting firm Randstad’s yearly survey, wire service MTI reports.
This is the sixth time that Randstad Employer Brand Research has ranked companies in Hungary according to their attractiveness. After Mercedes, Lego came in second place followed by IBM in third. In addition, Spar was deemed the most-well-known employer in Hungary.
Among the sectors, employees favor IT the most, followed by SSC (Shared Service Centers) and telecommunication sectors.
In regards to job selection priorities, the top three have not changed: salary still heads the list, followed by atmosphere and job security.
Twenty-three percent of those interviewed changed jobs last year. While many switched workplaces due to wage and career path-related issues, others simply sought better opportunities.
