The opposition Jobbik party will re-elect officials this autumn, the party said on Saturday.
The national board has decided to take political and personal responsibility for the recent European Parliament election results and hold an early election, the statement said.
The election of officials will be held in the month after the local council elections and until then it will retain all its powers, it added.
