Hungary’s Under-17 national football team came from behind to beat Russia in their UEFA European Under-17 Championship clash in Budapest on Thursday.
Although the away team took the lead in the first half, Hungarian team captain Dominik Szoboszlai blasted home two stunning free-kick in the second half. Hungary has now now 3 three points after two games, because they suffered a heart-breaking 1-0 defeat at the hands of Israel U17 earlier. However, thanks to the triumph over Russia, Hungary have kept the hopes of qualification alive. Hopefully the success will boost the spirit of the A team before their decisive clash against Portugal on Saturday.
