Hungarian musicians thanked the hard work of everyone who is still working during the coronavirus crisis to keep the country running as usual, enabling others to stay at home, such as healthcare workers, supermarket staff, pharmacists, food delivery services and everyone on duty, with the Gábor Presser hit song of legendary Hungarian band LGT, Neked írom a dalt (I’m writing this song for you).
The video was uploaded to Youtube on Saturday, with the accompanying text, thanking everyone still on duty and encourage others to stay at home if they can:
Ours is a word of gratitude: thank you! Thank you for the work of all those who are healing, nursing, teaching, trading, driving, transporting people, goods and luggage, who keep order and care for us, who are informing us, and who are still holding on at work… We help the most by staying at home and connect everyone who want to help with the bridge of music.
