Hospital Association: Lack of Doctors Burning Problem
Hungary Today 2018.04.24.
The lack of doctors in Hungary’s health-care system is the most critical issue facing the sector, according to the head of the country’s hospital association.
At the organisation’s congress held in Eger, in northern Hungary, Mihály Svebis said one of the most important tasks was to replace missing health-care professionals. Whereas emigrants account for 12 percent of all Hungarian health-care personnel, the rate of people leaving the profession domestically is above 16 percent, he said.
