Hollywood Icon Arnold Schwarzenegger To Give Lecture In Budapest

Ferenc Sullivan 2015.02.20.

67-year-old US bodybuilder turned actor and politician Arnold Schwarzenegger is arriving to Budapest to give a lecture at the city’s Sports Arena on Sunday, 22 February. The conference and festival entitled “Day of Success” will see Mr. Schwarzenegger talk about his journey from rural Austria to Mr. Universe, king of Hollywood and finally, governor of California, in the company of some of Hungary’s best-known sports and business personalities, including several Olympic champions and medallists.
The event was originally scheduled for last October, but organisers later delayed the Hollywood star’s appearance in Budapest’s Papp László Sports Arena for an undisclosed length of time. However, he is now certain to deliver the lecture the former Republican governor’s Hungarian fans have long waited for.
Speakers from different walks of life will share their outstanding successes in the fields of sport and business – organisers promise inspitational presentations, conversations and concerts which convey valuable thoughts to enhance motivation and success.
The event’s patrons are Minister of Human Resources Zoltán Balog, businessman Vilmos Benkő and champion triatholonist Gábor Balogh.
