A jaw-dropping video of young Hungarian pianist Bence Péter playing a piano cover of Michael Jackson’s famous hit “Bad” has clocked up millions of views and tens of thousands of “likes” in a matter of days on Facebook and YouTube.
The pianist, originally of Hajdúböszörmény in southern Hungary, is currently studying at Berklee College of Music in Boston, in the United States. He holds the current Guinness World Records for the world’s fastest pianists, having struck 765 keys within a minute in Debrecen in 2012. The piano cover of Jacko’s 1987 is a tribute to the late singer on the anniversary of his death.
He has previously performed covers for a number of pop hits, including “Cry Me A River” by Justin Timberlake.
