Hungary to Still Have Representative in FINA Governing Body

State secretary for international sports events Balázs Fürjes has been invited to join the governing body of the international federation of water sports (FINA).

According to Saturday’s newsletter of the Hungarian Swimming Association (MÚSZ), a decision was taken at FINA’s General Congress in Doha to invite Fürjes into the new Bureau.

“We are all pleased that Hungary will continue to have a representative in the governing body of FINA,” said MÚSZ president Sándor Wladár, commenting on the decision.
