Heroes’ Square initiative starts the training at the Faculty of Pedagogy and Psychology of the Eötvös Loránd Universtiy, Budapest. The initiative provides a platform for all individuals, civil organizations and companies that share our opinion: we need everyday heroes, who inspire others around them. Through this, a long-lasting, positive change may start. According to the slogan of the heroic project: “You are what you do!”
So, Heroes’ Sqaure launched Dr. Philip Zimbardo’s training program in Hungary: the program incorporates and puts into practice the results of decades of psychology research. The training gives educators a new pragmatic approach that they can later pass on to their own students according to Dr. Zimbardo’s researches. At the featuring press conference of the program the famous social-psychologist and professor Zimbardo said; Budapest is his favorite city after San Francisco where he actually lives.
Many famous and well-known Hungarian actors and celebrities joined to the action such as Bea Palya, singer, Veronika Harcsa, singer, Al Ghaoui Hesna, journalist, etc.
