According to Eduline, Corvinus Business School is the most popular choice among students who applied to higher education institutions this year.
The Faculty of Finance and Accountancy at the Budapest Business School came in second followed by the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences at the Károli Gáspár University of the Reformed Church in Hungary in third.
Of the 6906 students that applied to Corvinus Business School online, 5842 applied to places with state scholarships. The second most popular faculty, Budapest Business School’s Finance and Accountancy, had 6847 applicants and Károli’s Faculty of Humanities attracted 4930.
The top schools are followed closely by the Faculty of Humanities at Pázmány Péter Catholic University, where 4911 students would like to continue their studies next year. Those next in line include Budapest’s Business School’s Faculties of Commerce, Catering and Tourism and International Management and Business, Eötvös Loránd University’s Faculty of Humanities and Faculty of Education and Psychology.
