Innovation and Technology Minister László Palkovics held a video conference with business leaders on Monday to discuss preparations to restart the economy, the ministry said in a statement.
Palkovics said Hungary’s external vulnerability would not increase and the main thresholds of the 2020 budget would remain in place. Fiscal resources are being reallocated to protect businesses and jobs, however, he added.
Palkovics welcomed feedback from professional organisations and business associations in the past weeks, noting that many of their recommendations have been incorporated into the government’s action plan.
