Coronavirus: Hungary Helps North Macedonia, Holy See with Deliveries

MTI-Hungary Today 2020.04.25.

Hungary on Friday took delivery of 4.6 million pairs of gloves, 1.15 million face masks, parts needed to operate 500 ventilators and hundreds of coronavirus tests from China, the foreign minister said.

Hungary has helped North Macedonia by arranging the transport of their consignment of masks and other supplies by one of the four planes that arrived in Budapest from China, Péter Szijjártó told public media.

The consignment will be transported to North Macedonia on road on Monday, he said.

Meanwhile, Hungary has also transported 50,000 face masks to the Holy See at their request, he said.
