Hungary’s cash flow-based budget, excluding local councils, ran a 766.3 billion forint (EUR 2.3bn) deficit at the end of November, reaching 76.7 percent of the 998.4 billion forint full-year target, the Finance Ministry said in a preliminary release on Monday.
The central budget ran a 659.5 billion forint deficit in the first eleven months, while separate state funds were 78.5 billion in the black and the social insurance funds were 185.3 billion in the red.
Alone in the month of November, the general government ran a 190.9 billion forint deficit.
