‘Gusteau Culinary Experience Workshop’ is a local restaurant on the north-eastern part of Hungary in a little village called Mád. In Mád, in the heart of Tokaj-Hegyalja, life is about wines in the Gusteau restaurant. The dishes are inspired by wines, and terroir is expressed not only in wines but also in raw materials.
