A Hungarian fitness model has won the IFBB Arnold Classic annual bodybuilding and fitness competition in the bikini fitness C category, held in the United States.
The Arnold Classic, which takes its name from the legendary bodybuilder and actor Arnold Schwarzenegger, is the world’s largest and most highly regarded bodybuilding and fitness competition and is held annually since 1989.
According to a statement released on Sunday by the Hungarian bodybuilding and fitness federation, Alexandra Kocsis’s win marks the first time a Hungarian contestant has ever bagged a gold medal in this category.
Footage posted on her Facebook page shows a jubilant Alexandra struggling to come to terms with her spectacular victory.
Act the competition, held in Columbus, Ohio, two other Hungarian ladies also achieved awesome results, with Nikolett Vasvári winning a silver medal in the body fitness category and fellow Hungarian Anita Herbert also securing a silver in the bikini fitness F category at finals held from 10:00 am local time on 5 March.
